The nature of the work of a school or kindergarten director goes far beyond issues related solely to education. Managing an institution involves the necessity of making decisions, often ones that require reconciling different interests and viewpoints, and taking responsibility for them. Above all, it is work with people – with their needs, emotions, expectations, and concerns. That is why we decided to create, during the conference, a space for joint exchange of thoughts, asking questions, and sharing experiences by school and kindergarten directors.
The directors’ panel will consist of two workshops led by Miroslava Vlcková, founder of the Montessori Institute in Prague, as well as a certified AMI Montessori Administrator, and an exceptional integration dinner at the Warsaw restaurant Different, to which we will also invite the conference’s international speakers.
Dear Montessori Colleagues, welcome!
It is with great pleasure that I will meet you in Warsaw and lead workshops for you during the directors’ session on Saturday evening (as well as supplementary workshops on Sunday). In order to make sure that my presentations will be truly useful, I kindly ask you to devote 5 minutes to completing this short survey regarding your needs.
Your responses will help me tailor the content to the real challenges and questions that Montessori school directors and administrators are currently facing.

All responses are anonymous, unless you wish to provide your name. Thank you in advance for the time you devote to me, and I sincerely cannot wait to meet you in person!
Kind regards
Mirka Vlčková
